Why is my GT7 data not showing up after logging in and entering my GT7 Online ID?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for gtplus to retrieve your personal GT7 data like your cars and event results. Please rate cars and events on gtplus to add them to your garage.
You can however track your GT7 sports online time trial results and follow other players. Log in, enter your GT7 Online ID and visit the GT7 Sport section.

What is my GT7 Online ID?
The GT7 Online ID is the same ID as your PSN ID. It is used to track your progress in sports mode. You can find it by opening gran-turismo.com, signing in, and navigating to your profile.
Why is the sport section showing outdated data?
The data in the sport section is updated every few hours. The complete list of results is only available after the event has ended.
Why can't I follow a player in the sport section?
You can only follow players that have participated in at least one online time trial event. Make sure to enter their exact GT7 Online ID/PSN ID. It is case sensitive and should not contain any spaces.
